We are constantly challenged by new threats as well as opportunities. Ability to react properly to emerging threats and utilize the opportunities requires innovative thinking. Thinking outside the box is what the Economics Circle wants to promote among young economists. By providing them opportunities to express their innovative ideas and projects, and discuss them with a wider audience, the Circle aims to support knowledge creation in policy making from a different angle. In this connection, this focus area is more related to empowering young economists to generate alternative perspectives to emerging threats and opportunities, to encourage them to think unconventionally and help them to think loudly.
